Inclement Weather Policy
Please report to the practice field unless you hear from your Head Coach about a cancellation. Yes,
we do practice in the rain if there isn't lightning, so don't assume rain means no practice.
(Webmaster's note: I will TRY to post any information I have about cancellations at
www.miltonpopwarner.org, but that won't always be possible.) If in doubt about practice, contact
your Head Coach. Sometimes, practice is called off too close to practice time to call anyone (gotta
love those 5:30pm rainstorms). In those cases, we will be at the field to let folks know about the
cancellation. Thank you!
Refund Policy
With each footall/cheer registration we incur cost related to equipment, field usage, and insurance.
These numbers are based on the number of players registered. With that in mind, there will be NO
REFUNDS issued after the second week of practice. Even if a player does not weigh in or practice.
Formal requests should be submitted in writing to the League President prior to the start of the
second week.

We do not control the day or start time for this game. Any changes will be communicated no later than Friday
evening.

need all our parents/players to participate in our fundraising efforts. Please contact Marybeth @ my4bosses@aol.com

- Red Sox Ticket Raffle

- We are currently asking parents to purchase tickets for 2 Red Sox tickets to Friday
September 12th game at Fenway Park against the Toronto Blue Jays. 3 raffle tickets for
$5.00. Marybeth will have them at the Field tomorrow and next Tuesday night. You can also
hold tickets by contacting Marybeth @ my4bosses@aol.com or by phone 617 922-1183.
